At CORE4 ATL we focus on the details of each player’s skill level, which includes a comprehensive analysis of each athlete’s speed and agility.
Speed and agility training sessions focus on an increase in athleticism, an increase in confidence and improvement of fitness levels just to name a few. Speed and Agility workouts compliment and improve performance in all sports.
The workouts improve acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness and change of direction. To elevate performance in any sport overall athleticism is critical. Building an athletic foundation and motor skills gives you the base to build your sport-specific skills in a balanced way.

Our founder, Paul Millsap believes in CPI, Constant Perpetual Improvement or CPI. He is constantly elevating his strength and power for injury prevention and endurance which not only helped him reach the NBA but his commitment to fitness has sustained his 15-year pro career as a power forward. Our CORE4 strength and conditioning trainers focus on movement quality to improve performance. This can be utilized in any given sport focusing on increasing speed, strength & power and injury prevention.
